The heart of Fish Village Boat Noodle lies in its carefully made soup base, created with Dried Flounder for a strong flavor and rich in nutrients. This Flounder, full of natural amino acids, leveraging the broth’s taste while offering a healthier choice over MSG. In addition, we also added Threadfin Bream to bring a sweet and savory feel. Our soup is slowly cooked until it turns a creamy white color, bringing out the simple, natural goodness of its ingredients in every bowl.
