Our traditional "Soup Pulling" method involves repeatedly blending ingredients with broth by hand, enhancing the delicate taste and enriching the thickness. Slow-cooked to extract the full flavor, this technique creates a rich, smooth soup that turns simple ingredients into an unforgettable experience.
